Sustainable Lithium Production Without Evaporation Ponds

Our History
The fundamental brine pre-treatment technology was originally engineered in 2016 for oil & gas produced water treatment and recycling applications. The industrial pre-treatment system is a modular, mobile, and automated system built for robust industrial operations under hash conditions (24/7/365).
After 7 years and $10 million in working capital, pre-treatment systems are fully commercialized and operate in the field at scale. Each modular system is capable of processing a throughput feed of 10,000 barrels (1,600 m³ / day).
We offer AcQUA™, a patent-pending electro-pressure membrane process which optimizes the pre-treatment of raw brines and then rapidly concentrates a lithium chloride with the use of multiple Direct Lithium Extraction (‘DLE’) techniques.
We operate a fully commissioned brine processing facility in Denver, Colorado.

Our Vision
Be the trusted global standard for sustainable, economically efficient lithium resource development.

Our Mission
Eliminate The Use of Evaporation Ponds.
